The NFL Ticket (nflpicks.live) collects only what it needs to run your account and season pass.
What we collect: your email and name (from sign-up, Google or X sign-in, or Stripe checkout), your pass status, and any bets you log in the app. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Email: we send account emails (password set/reset) and, only if you opt in, the weekly Lock alert. You can unsubscribe from Lock alerts at any time from the link in each email.
Analytics and ads: we use the Meta Pixel to measure page views, sign-ups and purchases from our ads. We do not send your email, name or other personal details to Meta.
Sharing: we do not sell your data. Service providers we rely on (Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Vercel and Neon for hosting and database, Google and X for sign-in) process data only to provide those services.
Deleting your data: you can delete your account and its data at any time from Settings in the app.
